Our goal at Exclusive Car Rental is to provide our clients the exact Model car requested and when you provide us with a second choice vehicle we really appreciate the extra flexibility.

To avoid a one day rental charge, a reservation must be cancelled by renter at least 48 hours prior to pick-up time.

A renter must present a valid original drivers license from country of residence, an international license to serve as a translation if the license is not in english, a major credit card in the name of renter, and proof of full coverage auto insurance if renter chooses not to purchase our Collision Damage Waiver.

As a convenience to our renters, we are happy to arrange delivery of your rent a car to airports, hotels, body shops or to renters home or office....Please make your delivery request in the comments box on your reservation page or call Faizel at 310/534-3257

For our airport clients arriving into Los Angeles and Orange County by plane, Exclusive Car Rental will personally pick you up at the airport using your flight information submitted on your reservation, and transition you into your awaiting luxury car.

Upon your departure, please return your luxury rent a car to the Airport Hilton Hotel, level P4, Self Parking and the Hilton Shuttle will promptly drop you off at your departing terminal.

Your rental charges must be paid in full upon picking up your car along with a refundable deposit. Your rental charges will be charged to your card upon your arrival plus a deposit of $350.00 plus the amount of your insurance deductible [in most cases between $500 to $1000]

All renters must have a valid drivers license from their country of residence. An International drivers permit may also be presented only to serve as a translation when the original license is not in english.

All reservations require an advance booking of a minimum of 3 hours.

A major credit card is reguired to guarantee reservations. On the day of your arrival your credit card will be charged the rental amount and additionally an amount will be authorized to cover your insurance deductible (normally about $500.00) plus a $350.00 deposit.

For insurance reasons and your own protection, you must file a police report in the event of an accident and please contact us promptly. Renter is responsible for Damage to rented vehicle, Loss of use of rented vehicle and damage caused to third parties.

Vehicle must be returned with a FULL tank of gas.

Our fuel charges are $5.50 per gallon plus a service fee of $25.00

Vehicles need to be returned in a clean condition....

Renter will be charged the cost of cleaning plus a $29.00 service fee for cars returned in a condition that requires more than a regular car wash...

Some examples of cars that need more than a regular car wash are the following;
1] Any food stains,coffee,soda etc
2] Fast food, loose change, ash between cars seats.
3] Cigarettes or ash in ashtray
4] Cars that are smoked in require full interior detail costing up to $175.00

5] Excessive exterior dirt...most common is dried bugs on front end of cars and sand under wheel wells due to driving on unpaved roads.
